**Job description**:
Mantu is searching for a intern with **Project Management **background and/or skills that will support our **Office Management & Facilities team**.
This role will be working on strategic and improvement projects related but not limited to:
- Safety & Security in office environments.
- ISO compliance.
- Office moves and refurbishments.
- Change Management in standards and processes.
- Digitalization and technology integration of Office & Facilities services.
- Sustainability actions
- Data gathering and analytics.
The main challenges will be:
- Ensuring collaboration and communication between different business units working on the same project (Facilities, Procurement, Real Estate, Compliance ).
- Work with team members from all over the world in different time zones and with different seniority levels.
- Find a good balance between attention to detail and time constraints in project delivery.
- Be able to adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment.
To successfully achieve these objectives, the project manager will be in charge of:
- Developing, maintaining, and revising Project Plans (including project charter, specifications, organization, timelines, funding and staffing) with providers and internal clients.
- Ensuring a complete description of project results, expectations, and success criteria.
- Setting and tracking project milestones.
- Establishing and implementing project communication plans, providing status updates to affected staff and stakeholders.
- Collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends as needed to prepare project status reports.
- Conducting risk assessment for assigned projects and implementing the needed mitigation plan.
**Required skills**:
- Certification or Post graduate studies in Project Management.
- Previous internships in Office and Facility Management roles, and/or conducting projects in this field could be an advantage.
- Excellent analytical & Problem-solving skills.
- Great communication skills.
- Full Professional Proficiency in English.
- Ability to handle several projects at the same time.
