Topdon Europe is recruiting car diagnostic technical and training support for the European market.

TOPDON is a company dedicated to the diagnostic of automotive equipment, founded in 2017. We focus on current needs and prepare for future trends to always offer the best solutions for customers. We have offices around the world, including Shenzhen (China), Changsha (China), Changde (China), and NewJersey (USA).

**Requirements**:

- Work experience in technical support automotive diagnostic equipment or similar with a minimum of 1 year of experience,
- Knowledge of automotive diagnostics, general mechanics, and/or related topics
- Excellent command of the Spanish and English languages;
- Availability to travel in Europe;
The tasks of the position:

- Provide technical support through TeamViewer, via phone, WhatsApp, mail, or in person on-site to new and existing distributors.
- Keep clients informed and updated about the information of the next updates in the different equipment.
- Offer training to distributors in the use of the equipment
- Carry out repair work on equipment in and out of the warranty period.
- Maintain a good after-sales relationship with customers who have already purchased equipment.
