**Your Role**

**What you will do**
- Coordinates and supervises the implementation of control plans for ingredients and finished products.
- Verifies the conformity of raw materials and finished products according to the quality standards in force.
- Schedules the analysis and shipment of samples of ingredients and finished products.
- Manages results and certificates from external laboratories.
- Establishes and withdraws formulas, controlling their effect on production and possible changes in appearance.
- Guarantee the confidentiality of the formulas.
- Produce monthly reports on the results of both ingredients and finished products.
- Generate supplier incident reports (IR)
- GMP training to plant personnel from all sections.
- Execute the monitoring of the HACCP (Pre-requisite, Hazardous and Critical Control Points) self-control plan.
- Participate in internal/external audits of the different plant management systems (ISO 9001/ISO 22000).
- Manage the purchase of consumables for the quality control office.
- Collect and prepare samples of frozen and fresh meat.
- Prepare the shipment of samples for chemical analysis to the central laboratory.
- Monitoring and control of analytical results.
- Preparing samples of ingredients and finished products for preservation.

**What we are looking for**
- Bachelor's Degree in Food Science and Technology or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position
- High level of English
- Ability to work in a team
- Communication skills
- Motivation
- Analytical skills
