Technical Storekeeper

**Your Role**:
As a Technical Storekeeper, reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will join Affinity’s Operations team to be the person of contact in maintenance cost control, replacement availability, and provider negotiation.

**What you will do**:

- Conduct cost control measures for all maintenance activities, ensuring optimal resource allocation and budget adherence.
- Maintain precise inventory records of technical equipment, tools, and supplies.
- Define, communicate, and enforce delivery timelines to ensure timely replacements for machinery repairs, minimizing downtime.
- Design and implement operational tactics to optimize efficiency, including standardizing contracts with maintenance service providers.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to standardize replacement descriptions, enhancing clarity and accuracy in procurement processes.
- Work towards automation of software, tools and protocols for the parts used on replacements.
- Coordinate the procurement of technical supplies, including researching suppliers, obtaining price quotes, and negotiating contracts.

**What we are looking for**:
We are seeking someone with at least 3 years of experience as a Storekeeper or similar position.
- Superior university degree in Supply Chain or Engineer.
- English is a must
