We offer a Maintenance Team Leader position to work from Thursday to Monday, who will report to our Maintenance Manager.

This position will work at our Spanish Production Plant located in Santa Margarida i Els Monjos.

**What you will do**
- Ensure maximum efficiency in maintenance tasks.
- Keeping the maintenance facilities in a perfect state of order and cleanliness.
- Coordination with other plant operations and external workshops.
- Minimisation of downtime due to breakdowns.
- Conservation and improvement of the facilities
- Acting in accordance with the priorities set by the Production Team Leader.
- Training of personnel in charge of maintenance, Quality, Safety and Environment.
- Control of compliance with Health and Safety and Environmental regulations by the Maintenance Operators working in their specific area.
- Monitoring of maintenance and improvement works in the specific area assigned to them
- Updating of the tasks assigned to their area in SAP.

**What we are looking for**
- 3 years’ experience in a similar position
- Degrees in Engineering or Technical CFGS (Mechanics, Electrical, Automation...)
- Intermediate English level and Spanish level
- Availability to work weekends
