️ **Your mission**

The mission of the Onboarding Executive is to help our partners implement the Birdie software in their care business. You’ll manage a large portfolio of small businesses that are starting out their Birdie journey and your priority is to ensure they achieve key onboarding milestones. You’ll be obsessed with time to value, and experiment with different strategies to successfully drive adoption of key product areas. You will be a Birdie product expert and ensure partners fully understand the benefits of the solution and how to use it effectively. You'll listen to our partners' challenges and translate their needs into structured, prioritised and valuable feedback to drive improvements in our product and support model.

**How you will contribute**
- You will be accountable for the success of a high volume of small business partners.
- You’ll drive one-many onboarding approaches such as messaging campaigns, webinar management, and in-app onboarding guidance.
- You will configure partners’ user interface and perform integrations where required.
- You will focus on conversion to live for all partners and minimise the risk of pre-live churn.
- You will be have strong knowledge of the Birdie product and provide expert guidance to minimise blockers to achieve onboarding targets.
- You will proactively address risk in the pipeline and manage any potential escalations.
- You’ll help to shape our digital onboarding journey, a series of automations to guide our partners through the key onboarding milestones.

**We’d love to hear from you if**
- You're a super-motivated individual with outstanding interpersonal skills and a great willingness to learn and grow as an onboarding executive.
- You have experience in onboarding, account management, or customer success, with a track record of bringing accounts to success.
- You're highly organised, you are able to prioritise your workload.
- You can make systematic usage of data to guide actions and to proactively understand customers’ needs, challenges and risks.
- You are proactive and always looking for opportunities to drive positive customer outcomes.
- You're able to drive accountability thanks to outstanding and clear communication on what's expected from the customer.
- You're empathetic, you're able to understand the customers day to day work and main challenges.
- You have a strong drive for our mission at Birdie and you're able to clearly communicate this to our agency partners.
- Experience with using Intercom is beneficial not essential as training will be provided.

**Compensation**

Our salary packages are competitive, the role is from £41K. We also grant generous stock options to any permanent employee at the end of the probation period. We adjust salaries based on the cost of living index for employees based outside of the UK.

**L&D budget**

Growth is key. You'll have a personal development budget to put towards books (e.g., free audible subscription), courses, trainings and conferences; continuous coaching within the team and with external experts

**Base holiday & Christmas leave**

33 days base holiday (25 days + 8 bank holidays) + birdie closes between Christmas Eve and New Year so you can have some down time with your loved ones. This is in addition to your base holiday
