This position is part of the EU Sales & Marketing located in Spain and will be fully remote. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.
You will be a part of the **EU Commercial Excellence & Pricing Strategy** and report to the EU Commercial Excellence & Pricing Strategy Senior Manager responsible for defining and implementing tools, processes, and standard work of the European Commercial Strategy. **In this role, you will have the opportunity to**:
- Lead the CPQ L1 Support to Regional Process Owners for anything related to issues or improvement requests initiated at local level acting as Single-Point-of-Contact.
- Align efforts between IT, Product Marketing, Customer Care Management, Sales Administration, Local Sales Teams, or any other involved Team when an update in product configuration is required.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts when new products are launched at EU level in strict alignment with the Global Framework.
- Follow up and perform UAT of new features and updates of the CPQ tool from a European Standpoint.
- Support regional training plans typically by leading Train-The-Trainer sessions for CPQ technology updates and new implementations.
- Preparation of base Training Material and business documentation to be leveraged by any user in the European Organization.
**The essential requirements of the job include**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Finance or Engineering with 5+ years exp. OR Master’s Degree in a related field with 3+ years exp.
- Minimum 2 years financial analysis and/or business analysis experience with at least 1 year of revenue and profitability analysis experience ideally acting as Business Partner of a Sales Organization
- Proficient in at least 1 CPQ Solution (preferably Oracle CPQ Cloud)
- Ability to work cross functionally across the matrix to drive teams to success without reporting authority.
- Comfortable in presenting to Senior Management and Field Sales
- Proficient in English is a must (Any other European language is a plus).
**It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in**:
- Medical Devices Industry.
- Data modelling in Excel (including VBA), SQL, Power BI and/or other BI tools.
- Cross-national Project Management.
