The **Oracle CPQ Business Analyst** for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for analyzing business processes and requirements, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions using Oracle CPQ. Provide daily Oracle CPQ support to end users including managing issue resolution and performing root cause analysis.

This position is part of Administration - Information Technology located in Iberia and will be fully remote. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.

**In this role, you will have the opportunity to**:

- Analyze and document business processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that business requirements are met.
- Collaborate with the developers in the Design, Test, and implementation of Oracle CPQ solutions.
- Conduct end-user training and support for Oracle CPQ solutions.
- Proactively identify areas for improvements and introduce innovations, factoring in customer needs, external approaches, data analytics, and industry best practices
- Understand Oracle CPQ integration points with other systems (SFDC)
- Provide ongoing system maintenance and support for Oracle CPQ

**The essential requirements of the job include**:

- Bachelor’s degree in information technology.
- 3-5 years of experience as Oracle CPQ Business Analyst
- Experience in gathering and designing requirements, creating and executing test scenarios and implementing Oracle CPQ Solutions.
- Experience with Agile methodology management tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence)
- Fluent English

**It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in**:

- Oracle CPQ Certifications
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with Agile methodology management tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence)
