Our startup is a proptech company that aims to revolutionize the real estate industry by leveraging data and technology to bring transparency and simplify the property buying process for our users.

Homebuyers still rely on traditional, offline methods to purchase a property, and often navigate the complex process without the support of dedicated experts. As a result, many buyers lack guidance in what is typically their largest financial investment, making the experience more challenging and potentially costly.

By analyzing vast amounts of data related to real estate transactions, our machine learning algorithms can provide valuable insights into buyer preferences and market trends. Additionally, our platform will automate various aspects of the process, such as property search and mortgage pre-approval, to streamline the process and reduce the time and effort required for these tasks. This approach leads to more informed decisions, helping our users find their dream home more efficiently.

We are looking for a highly skilled Head of Product to oversee the development and execution of our product roadmap. As the Head of Product, you will be responsible for driving the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality products to our customers. This is a hands-on position, and you will be joining the company at a early stage, working closely with the founders to shape the company's product vision and direction.

Tasks
- Develop and communicate a product vision and strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Conduct market research and analyze user feedback to identify new opportunities for product development and improvement.
- Create and maintain a product roadmap that prioritizes product features and enhancements based on user needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, and customer support to ensure successful product delivery.
- Define and document product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide product development.
- Ensure the product is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required level of quality.
- Monitor product performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and inform future product development decisions.
- Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond, ensuring that products are successfully launched and adopted by users.
- Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the success of the product and make data-driven decisions to optimize product performance.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in product management or a related field.
- Strong understanding of product development processes, from ideation to launch and beyond.
- Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment is preferred. Highly valuable experience in proptech or real estate.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Proven track record of delivering successful products that meet customer needs and business objectives.
