**- Preferred Contract**: B2B with Sharp Brains Limited (UK) - you should be eligible to contract/file your taxes yourself. (As Self Employed / Contractor or through an Umbrella company)

**Role Description**

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Information Technology Support Specialist located in Madrid. The specialist will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting desktop computers, and assisting with help desk support tasks.

**Qualifications**
- Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of desktop computers and information technology
- Experience in help desk support
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to work well in a team
- Relevant IT certifications or degree
- Experience in a similar role is a plus

**Language Skills**:

- Proficiency in speaking English
- Local language proficiency at least C1 level or native proficiency
