Email/chat Technical Support Agent

Employment type: Full-time
Remuneration: Base salary.
**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Analyse the client's situation to reply to them quickly and efficiently
- Identify technical incidents, apprehend them, and provide an appropriate solution
- Offer adequate solutions with a positive approach
- Organize product returns and follow up on exchanges and repairs.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Professionally fluent in French and English Language
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to stay well-organized
- An ability to put yourself in our customers' shoes, analyze their problems and offer them individual solutions
- An ability to work within a team
- An ability to adjust quickly to new environments, follow procedures and to deal with deadlines
**OFFER**:
- Permanent contract with 1-month probation period
- Financial support in your relocation
- Working days/Hours from Monday to Friday, between 09:00 AM and 19:00 PM and one Saturday every month, from 09:00 AM to 18:00 PM
- Holidays: 24 per calendar year
- Hybrid model: Working 2 days from home
- Training: 3 weeks from the office, Monday to Friday
