The position
We are looking for someone with good understanding in sales & marketing who has strong background supporting sales teams from the back-office side. This is a Global role, and you will be managing different stakeholders, from Sales Director´s to Site Leader and sending business reports to the board regarding the sales data, sales reports, setting goals and creating revenue forecasts.

Main Responsibilities
Sales Strategy
- In charge of sales forecast management on weekly basis.
- Providing models and organizing statistical studies for the Sales Department.
- Refine customer segmentation, assist with territory management, and create a plan to enhance renewal and upsell processes.
- Assist with on-boarding and training new sales talent on CRM & FESP.

Data analysis
- Provides book to ship analysis.
- Main Sales interface for finance department.
- Managing and maintaining sales data in (CRM) and other software.
- Partnering with Sales Leaders to create and maintain sales forecasting models and data.
- Create monthly content for executive presentations and board reporting.
- Developing and maintaining weekly, monthly and quarterly reports and Key Performance Indicators.
- Track and analyze key metrics including pipeline growth, win/loss rates, and quota attainment.

Process
- Managing and maintaining sales process adherence with Sales Representatives.
- Creating and maintaining Sales Department policies, procedures, training manuals, and sales-related resource material.
- Own the FESP process of tracking the sales funnel and operational metrics and delivering regular insights to the business; define and deliver techniques to improve the funnel performance for sales management.
- Enhance sales productivity by enabling the team to work smarter by simplifying processes.

Tools
- Support the sales team using CRM with process improvement, measurement, tracking and analytics relevant to their functional areas.
- Set up dashboards and reports, both in CRM and beyond, to track sales operations and cross-functional efficiencies, and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications and Requirements
- Ideally with a Degree in Engineering but we open to consider other options.
- Strong experience with CRM tools is a must at least 4-5 years. Ideally with Microsoft Dynamics.
- Ideally coming from the sector but we ok with someone coming from industrial environment as long it´s a multinational level.
- We are targeting someone with at least 6-7 years of experience working in a similar role.
- Must be fully proficient in English C1.
- Initially travelling is not required but if needed occasionally must be willing to do it.
- It´s very important the person is quick thinker and has strong business analysis skills, also needs to have very good stakeholders management skills.
