- Build and nurture strong relationships with existing publishers in the Adkomo network, ensuring open communication and effective collaboration.
- Identify and onboard new publishers to expand the network and enhance campaign reach.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization.
- Develop and execute strategies to optimize campaign delivery, targeting, and performance based on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide timely and insightful performance reports to clients, highlighting successes and proposing actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the account management, creative, and analytics teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance campaign strategies.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Mobile Publisher Manager
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster relationships with publishers and internal teams.
- Results-driven mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Familiarity with mobile attribution platforms and analytics tools is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
