**Job description**:

- Spearhead the management of the network, spanning diverse campaign types such as CPI, CPL, CPA, and beyond.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing publishers in the network, prioritising transparent communication and collaborative synergy.
- Source and onboard new publishers to amplify our network's scope and elevate campaign reach and efficiency.
- Dive into campaign performance data to unearth trends, exploit opportunities, and pinpoint areas for refinement.
- Architect and execute strategies that optimise campaign delivery, target precision, and performance, anchored in essential KPIs.
- Deliver well-timed and enlightening performance reports to clients, accentuating victories and proposing pragmatic recommendations.
- Collaborate seamlessly across departments including account management, creative, and analytics teams to orchestrate impeccable campaign execution.
- Maintain an up-to-the-minute awareness of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, ensuring our campaign strategies remain at the forefront.
- Emerge as an authoritative figure, sharing deep-rooted insights and counsel with both internal cohorts and external associates.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1 year's experience as a Mobile Publisher Manager, with an emphasis on affiliate management for **mobile performance campaigns.**:

- Business level English
- Exceptional analytical skills, adept at deciphering data into actionable insights.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication proficiencies, vital for cultivating connections with publishers and internal teams.
- A results-driven mindset, accompanied by a proactive and tenacious approach to troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with mobile attribution platforms and analytics tools is advantageous.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment, fostering collective growth.
- Based in or willing to move to Barcelona with a relocation package
