Are you a People and Culture (or Human Resources) student and wants to take the next step in your professional development? Are you keen to get broad exposure to the People & Culture space and gain hands-on experience while pursuing your degree? What will your role look like?
The People & Culture team counts a P&C Director, a P&C Administrator, two People Partners, and two People Interns soon, with you.
Our day-to-day work is a mix of development and execution, and same will be true for you. There are many activities and areas of responsibility related to operating a company of +250 people across 8 countries, and the pace at which we have grown means that several of our people processes are no longer fit for our size and complexity. Also we have a huge recruitment pipeline of projects where we need extra support.
This gives you a unique opportunity to work closely with one of our People Partners by supporting them with their tasks. You will get exposed to a broad range of topics and decisions in the people and culture space, giving you a great learning opportunity while adding real value to the company: You will be part of defining how we develop as a workplace to empower and support people at BASE.

**Requirements**:
Professional English (written and verbal fluency is required).
Currently studying a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related careers. Preferably, Master’s students.
You have the possibility of signing an agreement with your University or Study Center.
Ideally with previous experience in general People & Culture (Human Resources) positions.
Organized with a strong sense of detail - without losing sight of the bigger picture.
We imagine that you thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and have rather good communication skills.
Above all, your can-do-attitude, and your proactive approach to finding new and better ways will qualify you for the role.
