For our office in **Madrid **we are looking for a IT Service Manager to join the Digital Business Solutions team
**IT Service Manager**:
**Your responsibilities**
- End to end oversight on the IT services (strategy, design, transition, operation and continuous improvement)
- Capture the needs and feedback of the business areas and communicate and act upon them.
- Conduct the scouting for new partners, its review, selection, negotiation, contracting and monitoring
- Take ownership of the ITSM platform
- Work as a member of the Digital Business Solutions team in a complex and rapidly changing environment
**Your qualifications & skills**
- Spanish native speaker and high level of English, both spoken and written, as (it is required daily to communicate fluently in an international organization. Fluency in German is considered as a plus.
- Strong communication and customer-oriented mindset
- Teamwork, proactivity and ability to adapt to demanding environments
- Experience of at least 3 years as IT Service Manager, ideally in a setup of monitoring the end to end of a workplace related IT service. ITIL or COBIT certification is a plus.
- Sound knowledge of of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and Azure Active Directory. Experience in Microsoft Power Platform and Azure is a plus.
