Technicon Design, part of SEGULA Technologies Group, is looking for its new **Business Development and Tender Coordinator (VIE)**, to help supporting the growth of the office in Barcelona

We are keen on to offer our new colleague a wide range of challenging and rewarding missions within our company, with a scope including great assignments as follow:

- ** Business Development**:

- Connecting with new prospects - mainly in the automotive sector but also in the rail, marine, aerospace, and energy sectors as part of the Group’s diversification plan.
- Develop and Maintain the Prospect Mapping ;
- Forge Internal Synergies within the whole group across departments ;
- Track and Report of Progress in ADAPT and further develop as BD tool.
- ** Bid Coordination**:

- Coordinating and managing on-going bid
- Coordinating the internal bidding group
- acting as an external point of contact for new enquiries and business development contacts

A bid coordinator role is a critical bid-related function and good, confident coordinators are highly valued members of the overall bid division or team.
**Qualifications**
- You have a strong motivation to learn at the side of experienced professionals, to bring your ideas and propositions, and to integrate a benevolent team.
- Curious, involved, you have a strong capacity for adaptation and a real sense of service.
- Your great interpersonal and communication skills, give you the ambition to develop your network and develop relationships with colleagues, customers, partners and students.
- A good knowledge of the Pack office, Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop) and Wordpress will be helpful in your missions.
