Our next Sales Operations will join a newly born organization focusing on helping businesses reach new dimensions of success.

**Your Role**:
Today’s world is a new world: the global events of the past months have disrupted the way people work together, their goals and priorities. In this new panorama, the primary mission of the Sales operations is to ensure and compliance to 3DS Macro Processes to optimize Business Performance and Operational Efficiency.

Surrounded and supported by a taskforce of professionals (Industry process consultants, customer success experts, marketing professionals, sales experts, sales operations leaders) you will be responsible for:

- Manage overall forecast / pipeline accuracy for all revenue types
- Leverage KPIs and Data analytics to challenge Forecast and propose actionable recommendations to Sales Management
- Ensure data quality of Forecast and Pipeline including Renewals
- Ensure efficient Lead assignment to partners, Business Developers and Sales Experts
- Manage (Approve/Reject) Partners’ Leads and Opportunities registration process
- Strategies and other business-related topics

**Your qualifications**:
Degree educated and currently enrolled as a student
- Eligibility for an internship agreement through a University is mandatory
- Minimum 6-months internship availability, starting in, May or June 2024
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and good relationship building capabilities
- High-energy, committed individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong focus on reaching

targets
- First experience handling customers on the phone (customer support, telemarketing / inside sales) is a plus
- Fluency in English is mandatory
- Preferably already living or willing to move to Barcelona soon
