In this role, you will be responsible for supporting strategic operational initiatives to support commercial and marketing strategies, and to secure commercial partnerships with resellers and distributors in the insurance, employee benefits and related sectors, globally.
**_ Objectives_**
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales and Marketing Operations Associate. As a professional in the commercial operations field, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Commercial function and ensuring the smooth functioning of our sales and marketing processes. Your attention to detail and ability to analyze data will be key in helping us achieve our commercial targets and drive business growth.
You will:
- Be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our sales and marketing operations processes.
- Develop, oversee and maintain sales forecasts, track key metrics, and generate reports to provide insightful analysis and recommendations.
- Run and support key marketing tasks around digital content, branding, events, and all other areas marketing has an impact on within Abi.
- Support sales enablement activities by identifying and developing opportunities for process improvements.
**_Tasks_**
- Collaborate with the Business Development and Marketing teams to develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts and track key performance indicators.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
- Produce appealing content in English, from marketing decks, copy, blog content, as part of all marketing initiatives.
- Generate sales reports and dashboards to provide visibility into sales performance and sales pipeline.
- Support sales enablement activities by developing and implementing sales strategies, providing training materials, and conducting sales meetings.
- Participate in cross-functional initiatives in tandem with finance and product, to drive alignment across sales and marketing projects.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of sales and marketing operations.
- Assist with contract administration, including reviewing contracts and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Manage pricing and build proposals relevant to our client and partner network
- Implement regular data hygiene practices by keeping the CRM up to date
- Manage and organize the sales and marketing agendas and appointments
**Requirements**:
You are available for a full time role based in the beautiful city of Barcelona, Spain with occasional travel, as required.

**_Your skills & experience_**
- 2-5 years in sales and/or marketing operations or a similar role.
- Outstanding English communication skills both written and spoken. More specifically, you're fairly experienced in copywriting, putting together commercial decks and proposals for marketing purposes.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and generate actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Hubspot or other CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- You have worked within B2B Marketing functions and are cognizant of the nuances that separate B2B and B2C Marketing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with sales processes and best practices.
- Knowledge of sales enablement tools and methodologies is a plus.
