**Description**:
We are looking for a person who is eager to grow professionally, creative, passionate about technology and vacation rentals. A person who likes a challenge and is looking for an opportunity to take their sales experience to the next level.
This person will be responsible for leading Avantio's growth in Mexico** **and building a strong customer base. You must become a trusted guide, a consultant, helping the customer through an often complex evaluation and purchasing process to buy a product that will have a big impact. It's about learning, creating links and adding real value.
Daily duties:
- Respond to inbound sales enquiries.
- Establish the external sales process and leverage it to identify high value customers and partners.
- Forecast and report to management on the sales pipeline.
- Research and keep abreast of industry trends and technologies.
- Organise and represent Avantio at forums and events.
- Build strong relationships with property rental managers.
**What are we looking for?**
- Bilingual in Spanish** **and English.
- Demonstrated experience in achieving sales targets
- Strong written expression and presentation skills
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated ability to understand and communicate technical issues
- Ability to travel to a variety of industry conferences and forums
- A desire to be part of a growing team that makes a difference
- You have ambition and hunger and will embrace this new challenge
