**R&D DSP Algorithm Engineer**:
**Who are we looking for**
- **BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other related engineering discipline with FPGA emphasis**:

- **4+ years R&D experience**:

- **Background in FPGA for wireless communications desired**:

- **Experiences in object oriented (OO) design and programming is required**:

- **Experience with VHDL/Verilog coding and familiar with design tools like Xilinx ISE / Vivado would be an advantage**:

- **Experience with C# /C ++**:

- **Proficient in building, testing, and debugging software**:

- **Demonstrated ability to work with a team and collaborate effectively with across global teams of engineers achieve objectives**:

- **Good organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, results driven environment**:

- **Proven ability to deliver complex and challenging assignments**:

- **Excellent written and verbal communications skills**:

- **Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for learning and professional growth**
