**About the role**
As the Performance Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven marketing initiatives that drive user acquisition and revenue growth.
**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement performance marketing strategies, including paid search, display advertising and social media advertising.
- Analyze and optimize marketing efforts based on key performance indicators (KPIs) and return on investment (ROI).
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize website conversion rates and improve overall user experience.
- Manage and allocate marketing budget to maximize growth and achieve performance marketing goals.
- Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and competitor activities to ensure our marketing strategies remain competitive.
- Develop A/B testing strategies to continuously improve ad creatives, targeting, and messaging.
- Oversee the creation of compelling content and marketing materials, including ad copy, ad creatives and post-click experience.
- Work closely with external agencies and partners to maximize marketing efforts and improve overall performance.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with advertising platforms, tool providers, and other relevant vendors.
- Regularly report on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
**Requirements**:
- Strong knowledge of various digital marketing channels, including paid search, display advertising and social media advertising.
- Expertise in performance marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to analyze large data sets and derive actionable insights.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Knowledge of the health industry and an understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in this space is a plus.
