**What does this internship consists of?**
**Together with Camilo José Cela University, Airbus has developed **an exclusive program (DISCOVER) **designed for those interested in the best training in new areas of knowledge essential to be able to develop as professionals of the future.**
**You will have the opportunity to study a Master, organized in three training blocks, that will allow you to **DISCOVER **the skills most in demand today. It will be combined **with an 11 month internship at Airbus **in an area related to your degree, **where you can learn and complete your academic background.**
**The start of the internship will be in early March 2023, and will last 11 months (August disabled for all purposes). It is a full-time experience (40h/week), in which you will receive an attractive study grant.**
**Job description**:
This internship will be done in the Electrical System department. The increasing demand for electrical power due to the new capabilities of the military aircraft of the future means that the electrical system will play a relevant role in the development of these aircraft.
Conventional architectures are no longer adequate and voltages have to be increased to achieve increases in electrical power demand.
Although the industrial sector has been using high voltages for a long time, the specific conditions of aeronautics make using HVDC a technological challenge.
This internship will allow you to be part of the future military aircrafts, developing electrical architectures for new projects, using new technologies and implementing new components (supercaps, new batteries, etc.) to cover new capabilities and necessities in the future of aviation.
**Required Skills**:
- Electronic engineering /Industrial engineering degree
- Advanced level of English Language
- Spanish: negotiation level.
- Team spirit and great collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in complex and international environments.
