¿Cuáles serán tus funciones?
- Gestión y resolución de incidencias.
- Conexión remota mediante VPN Teamviewer... o similar.

Para ello ¿Qué necesitamos?
- Catalán Avanzado
- Experiência / conocimiento gestionando incidencias con herramientas de ticketing.
- Conexión remota mediante VPN Teamviewer... o similar.
- Dominio paquete office
- Actitud resolutiva
