**Deine Aufgaben und dein Einfluss als Recruitment Consultant Praktikant werden sein**:
Von deiner ersten Verantwortung an sorgst du für einen qualitativ hochwertigen und vollständigen Rekrutierungsprozess, indem du:

- Suche von Kandidaten mithilfe des Unternehmensnetzwerks
- Analyse der Kundenbedürfnisse und Erstellung eines Profils
- Nutzung und Entwicklung neuer Sourcing-Kanäle
- Ausschreibung von Stellenangeboten
- Durchführung von Vorstellungsgespräche
- Aufbau eines eigenen Kandidatennetzwerks
- Follow-up Gespräche mit den Kandidaten
- Karrieremanagement der Kandidaten
- Teilnahme an Ad-hoc-Projekten?

- **Du sprichst Deutsch auf einem muttersprachlichen Niveau**:

- Du sprichst fließend Englisch (C1-Level)
