**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
The main responsibilities and duties of the vendor listing agent:
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Master and manage the pipeline in our CRM platform. Generate and maintain your lead pipeline using a multi-channel approach.
- Use in-depth prospecting and qualification techniques to enable a personalised approach to capturing leads. Prospecting and creating new sales opportunities.
- Manage the pipeline on our CRM platform.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Energetic and consistent approach to achieving high performance objectives.
- Ability to organise, prioritise and respond to customer requests.
- Driving licence and own vehicle.
- Resident on the Costa del Sol, must be familiar with all areas.

**DESIRED SKILLS**:

- Excellent written and oral communication skills, both in person and on the phone.
- Languages: Fluent English and Spanish, any additional languages would be an advantage.
- Ability to learn and use new technologies.

**EXPERIENCE**:

- More than 2 years experience in real estate and client acquisition is an asset.
- Strong computer skills, including CRM software.

On-site work - Not Remote.
