Job Summary:

At Drumelia, we are looking for an exceptional Real Estate Agent to join our team, specializing in the luxury real estate market. The position requires a professional with a strong ability to connect with high-net-worth clients, understand their needs, and offer them not just properties but exclusive experiences and lifestyles. This role demands negotiation skills, discretion, and the ability to build long-lasting relationships—key traits to ensure success in such a selective and competitive market.

Your profile

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Empathy and Client Connection:
  2. Establish a trusting relationship with high-net-worth clients by understanding their needs and desires.
  3. Actively listen to identify opportunities and offer tailored real estate solutions aligned with the client's objectives.
  4. Ensure an exceptional customer experience throughout the buying and selling process, from the initial consultation to the closing of the transaction.
  5. High-Impact Storytelling:
  6. Use storytelling techniques to present properties in an appealing way, highlighting not only the physical features of the properties but also the lifestyle and unique experiences they offer.
  7. Persuasively communicate the emotional and exclusive values derived from each property, creating a deep connection with potential buyers.
  8. Top-Level Negotiation and Persuasion:
  9. Apply negotiation skills to maximize the perceived value for clients by highlighting the unique aspects of each property and effectively managing expectations.
  10. Ensure negotiations proceed smoothly and successfully, achieving optimal results for both parties without compromising quality or client satisfaction.
  11. Discretion and Confidentiality Management:
  12. Maintain strict confidentiality in all transactions, handling sensitive client information with the utmost discretion and respect.
  13. Protect client privacy and interests, ensuring their desires and expectations are met with the highest level of care and professionalism.
  14. Patience and Long-Term Relationship Management:
  15. Build lasting relationships with clients, understanding that luxury market sales require continuous follow-up.
  16. Stay in regular contact with clients, even after the sale, to ensure satisfaction and foster future business opportunities.
  17. Ensure clients always feel valued by providing ongoing personalized attention.
Requirements:

  1. Sales experience, preferably in luxury sectors or high-value goods (previous real estate experience not required).
  2. Exceptional negotiation, communication, and persuasion skills.
  3. Ability to build long-term relationships with high-profile clients and manage high-pressure situations.
  4. Knowledge of the luxury real estate market (preferred but not essential).
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  6. Excellent proficiency in digital tools and CRM systems applied to sales.
