Quadient is looking for a highly organized and data-driven **Marketing Operations Manager** to join our team. This critical role will be responsible for managing our marketing technology stack, integrating new technologies, and improving overall marketing efficiency. You will play a key role in driving data-informed decision-making across our marketing operations, ensuring that we maximize the impact of our marketing strategies and campaigns.

**Your role in our future**:

- Oversee and optimize the marketing technology stack, including CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools.
- Lead a team of 2-4 Marketing Operations Project Managers, as well as resources from external agencies and vendors.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive marketing reporting systems to track the efficiency and performance of marketing technologies and processes.
- Provide leadership in developing and optimizing lead scoring, routing, and nurturing processes and tools.
- Collaborate with global and regional marketing teams to standardize technologies, processes, and best practices across the organization.
- Track ROI across various technologies, marketing channels, and campaigns to measure effectiveness.
- Support the Marketing team in creating and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns through optimized technologies and processes.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform and improve marketing strategies.

**Your profile**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing operations or a similar role, preferably within a B2B environment.
- Strong proficiency with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Eloqua), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and process automation tools (e.g., Zapier).
- Excellent analytical skills with experience using data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Knowledge of marketing analytics, attribution modeling, and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively across different departments and cultures.
