The Key Account Manager is fundamental to further reinforce our reputation and evolve our company´s commercial organization, with strategic partnership with the Corporate Accounts in alignment with Regional to engage, create value, and grow with these global key customers.

**What You’ll Do**

The Key Account Manager is responsible for managing the relationship with the major Companion Animal Corporate Accounts in Spain, reporting directly to the Companion Animal Sales Manager, and working together with the CA Commercial organization (Cluster, Regional & Global groups in terms of methodology & experience). The Key Account Manager will develop strategic long-term partnerships with Corporate Accounts by establishing solid and sustained communication with the key decision makers and developing and implementing short & long-term plans to enhance our image as a trustworthy business partner while maximizing our sales and wallet-share within these accounts.

The Key Account Manager will need to deal with a high level of Customer Complexity as will handle some of the large national accounts all over Spain with very diverse & heterogeneous profiles and in deep transformation. Ability to find constructive solutions to gain these powerful customers while keeping the traditional ones will be key to lead the companion animal market.

**In this role, You will**

2. Lead coordination across functions to build valuable plans both, for our company and corporate accounts by maximizing the full potential of our range of solutions. Then, ensure internal "buy-in" and mobilization, efficient implementation, returns maximization, and sound allocation of resources. Secure tracking of results and adjustment of plans if needed.

3. Identify & capture new corporate accounts market opportunities by leveraging deep knowledge of customers & business to expand relationships beyond current customers to new ones. This might include mentoring or coordination of other account activities in the same or other markets.

**You should have**
- University degree from an accredited university
- 5 years of successful managerial commercial experience with direct customer management as well as expertise in leading internal cross-functional teams
- Experience in Market & Value Pricing and Project Management
- English mandatory

- Veterinary or healthcare academic background
- Sales experience in Animal health industry
