Responsable Service Support (HD, onsite) en Madrid.
Desde SEREM buscamos un Responsable de Servicio con al menos 8 años de experiência para la coordinación y responsabilidad global de los equipos de helpdesk + onsite + operaciones en un proyecto estable en la zona oeste de Madrid.

Sus funciones serán

Coordinación y responsabilidad global del servicio.
Revisión y supervisión para que toda la operación se cumpla en base los criterios establecidos y garantizando los estándares de calidad exigidos.
Interlocución centralizada y definida para todos los aspectos relacionados con el servicio.
Experiência en optimización/automatización de procesos y procedimientos.
Aseguramiento de la calidad del servicio

El servicio es a nível internacional por lo que es IMPRESCINDIBLE contar con un nível de inglés mínimo B2.

Valorable contar con nível B2 de francés.
