We enable all sorts of organizations - from car manufacturers to banks, from public transit operators to identity providers - to deliver their mobile app use cases securely. We already protect millions of Android and iOS endpoints with our SDK which, together with our backend analytics platform, provides the most comprehensive mobile app security solution in the market.

**_The opportunity_**:

- ._ As the Web, Analytics and Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the company website and ensuring it aligns seamlessly with our branding, marketing objectives, and delivers an optimal user experience. You will collaborate with various teams, including IT and demand generation, to implement strategies that drive website performance, engage our target audience, and contribute to the overall success of our digital marketing efforts.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**I.**
**Website Management**
- Manage and maintain the company website, ensuring alignment with branding guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Create and enhance website customer journeys for our persona’s that facilitate the achievement of Web KPIs using insights from quantitative and qualitative behavioral data.
- Implement website updates, including content changes, landing pages, and user journeys, to enhance user engagement and conversion.
- Collaborate with the IT team to optimize website performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement necessary updates.

**II.**
**Marketing Tools and Technology**:

- Oversee the effective use of marketing tools and technology, ensuring seamless integration with the company website.
- Optimize the use of marketing automation, CRM, and other tools to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of all digital initiatives and channels.

**III.**
**Analytics and Optimization**:

- Monitor website analytics and user behavior to gain insights into website performance.
- Develop and manage Website/CMS governance & processes for the business plus marketing automation tools (Hubspot).
- Responsible for web analytics including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Mixpanel.
- Utilize data-driven insights to inform optimization strategies, making recommendations for improvements and enhancements.

**IV.**
**SEO Strategies**:

- Take the lead on developing and implementing website SEO strategies to enhance visibility and organic search rankings.
- Stay updated on industry trends and search engine algorithms to ensure the company website remains competitive.

**V.**
**Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the demand generation team to ensure alignment between website initiatives and broader digital marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate marketing initiatives and maintain a cohesive online presence.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or similar practical knowledge
- +3 years proven experience in web and digital marketing management in a B2B software environment.
- Proficient in using content management systems (CMS), marketing automation tools (HubSpot Marketing Hub specifically), Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Mixpanel and analytics platforms.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and experience implementing SEO strategies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
