**Your Opportunity**

This role is a key function within the Global Salesforce capability within Bacardi. You will work in partnership with the wider IT teams and will be responsible for maintaining and supporting all things within our Salesforce instances as well as other tech tools integrated to them.**About You**
- You are passionate for implementing, configuring, troubleshooting and maintaining business systems.
- You will be responsible for administering SF instances along 121 Marketing Capability, Direct to consumer (D2C), Primo experience and other SalesForce Clouds inside the Bacardi Tech portfolio.
- You will build and maintain effective relationships with key technical & business partners across Bacardi

**Responsibilities**:
**With our Consumer at the heart, your key focus will be to**:

- Handle all administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks
- Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades
- Creating workflows, formula fields, roll up summary fields, assignment rules, roles, profiles, settings etc., including coding and testing new programs and existing program changes
- Assist in training new and existing Primos. Support the adoption of best practices and grow Salesforce skill set across the organization
- Proactively identify ways to leverage Salesforce to improve business outcomes
- Create and update data models, custom objects, forms, functions and workflows
- Complete all required documentation to meet department standards
- Knowledge of new & upcoming features in the Salesforce ecosystem to provide recommendations for greater efficiencies
- Ensuring that are systems are kept safe, secure, and compliant

Skills and Experience

**The Skills & Experience needed to create your legacy**
- 2-3 years’ ]experience as a Salesforce Administrator
- Experience of standard & extensible functionality of Salesforce Service, Experience, Marketing, Commerce Cloud
- Strong exposure to Salesforce products
- Easily recognise system deficiencies and implements effective solutions
- Business facing role: understanding and delivering on enhancement requests, supporting existing functionality.
- Knowledge of options and how to handle security requirements such as single sign on and data security Experience using Salesforce data tools (Data Loader, Workbench)
- Salesforce Flows

**How to stand out from the crowd**
- Salesforce Certified Administrator
- Demonstrated knowledge of triggers/Apex code knowledge, Visual Force, Lighting Web Components, Integrations
