**Your responsibilities and tasks**:

- Identify, build, and maintain WEMEA Regional network to support Regional initiatives.
- Lead Global Logistics, Warehousing & Packaging initiatives being implemented within WEMEA Region.
- Understanding of creation & management of a Regional/local freight tender [air, ocean, courier, trucking] with defined execution plans & targets
- Manage & support new supplier implementations, establishing Standard Operating Procedures for all legal entity’s utilization, and developing key performance indicators to monitor performance
- Conduct Supplier quarterly business reviews utilizing defined key performance indicators based on Global category guidelines and scorecard; implement Supplier Corrective Actions, if needed.
- Manage WEMEA Region cost savings initiative funnel with Finance
- Create, monitor and distribute cost savings reports for legal entities, Global, and Executive Management based upon varying types of savings.
- Knowledge in all transportation modes [air, ocean, courier, trucking]
- Working knowledge of warehousing processes and requirements, not to drive them but to negotiate.
- Ability to manage & support process changes which bring financial and operational impacts to GEA.
- Understanding of Supplier tendering process for large projects and negotiation with carriers.
- Understanding logistics rate structures and how to align with the Global rate cards/structure
- Identify savings opportunities during operational day-to-day activities

**Your profile and qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree - Business related field. Category Manager experience is a must.
- Deep experience in negotiations with supplier, tender, e-auctions, etc.
- Broad experience in working with cross-functional teams
- Experience in leading significant change management to operational processes, including ERP system exposure
- English (fluent)
- Ability to lead internationally and/or culturally diverse teams
- Deep understanding of business on a broad international scale
- Very good analytical capabilities, problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically
- Takes ownership of the work, successes and mistakes
- Very good communication skills
- Strong change management skills
