As the Brand Manager for RIMMEL - you will contribute to the 360º marketing strategy of our nª 1 brand in Color Cosmetics. You will collaborate with the brand experts to drive the marketing forward and enhance the visibility of RIMMEL to the costumers in the consumer beauty department of Coty.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As our Brand Manager for RIMMEL, you are responsible for supporting the brand with planning, strategizing and executing.
We are looking for a Brand manager in Rimmel, our nª 1 brand in Color Cosmetics, to join our marketing department as a part of a multifunctional team, reporting to a Group Brand Manager. You will develop and implement mid/long-term strategies to strength the BRAND’s market presence, helping to reach MS% targets and maximize profit while leading the short-term Brand strategy implementation driving daily decisions to ensure Brand growth.
**Your main focus**:
**Brand strategy**: Set and provide mid-term strategies to ensure Brand MS% profitable growth based on the right local Marketing mix. Design and implement marketing and trade plans.
**Brand portfolio**: Drive portfolio management, prioritization, and development to make intelligent trade-offs to seize opportunities and execute bold ideas.
**Brand strategy implementation**: lead excellent 360º communication, Trade & Promotional Plans, Point of Sale visibility permanent & temporary. Ensure excellent Brand image POS deployment according to Brand Global guidelines and strategy.
**Plan and targets setting**: Build solid and ambitious Brand plan based on fixed targets. Monthly monitoring on KPI’s to ensure business compliance with the objectives. Drive daily decisions to realign with the plan if necessary. Build competitive brand budget, optimizing investment and prioritizing allocation to deliver market share growth while protecting profit. Ensure right Brand forecasting based on Plan.
**Brand Communication**: Lead communication strategy ensuring best media Plans complying with Brands targets. Digital Brand strategy leadership. Ensure excellent Brand image deployment according to Brand Global Guidelines and strategy. Budget: design the annual budget plan for the brand and track monthly leading corrective actions if needed.
**Performance**: Analyze sell-out and sell-in data to track goals, project results and have KPI’s under control. Monitor and analyze market conditions to proactively identify key competitor and consumer trends. Identify opportunities, gaps and risks for the brands assigned, submitting performance reports to ensure that all company is always on track. Monitor Financial Brand KPIs and lead Brand P&L driving daily decisions
**Forecast**: define forecast brand need s in terms of demand planning and ensure proper sales & operations process together with supply chain, finance and sales department.

Proven track record of success in the Experience as Brand Manager minimum 5 years. Degree and/or Post-graduated in Business Administration Strong analytical skills, mainly applied in market database tools.
