Job Title: Marketing Brand Manager for SWEA Region

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Brand Manager to join our team in the SWEA region. As a key member of our marketing communication team, you will be responsible for coordinating marketing and communication activities in Spain and Portugal, while providing effective leadership and maintaining cohesion on content and brand identity.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Team Coordination: You will work with a team of marketing and communications professionals in Spain and Portugal, supervising day-to-day activities, defining objectives, and ensuring team cohesion.
  • Coordination of Local Events: You will be involved in the organisation of local events in Spain and Portugal, planning, organising, and managing events to ensure they are aligned with our brand strategy and meet our marketing communication objectives.
  • Brand Management: You will be responsible for developing and maintaining our company's brand identity in Spain, Portugal, France, and South Africa, analysing the Festo brand in each country with local contacts and coordinating dedicated activities.
  • Marketing Campaigns: You will be actively involved in the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns, developing effective marketing strategies, using appropriate communication channels to reach our target audience, and monitoring campaign results and analysing data to continually improve our performance.
  • Support for the SWEA Marketing Manager: You will act as a real link for the SWEA Marketing Manager, working closely with her to implement the marketing strategies and achieve the objectives set.
  • Sales Support: You will provide essential support to the sales team in Spain and Portugal, gathering their marketing needs and helping to align marketing activities with the sales department.

Qualifications Required: Significant professional experience in marketing and communications, with proven expertise in brand management, experience in team leadership, excellent communication skills, and fluency in Spanish, English, and Portuguese.
