The Manager, Business Insights provides reporting and analytics of customer insights and how they impact the business, including regular and ad-hoc reporting.
- Develops robust market insights to inform digital innovation recommendations by leveraging market research, competitive benchmarking, scenario planning, and other strategy tools
- Works with colleagues in Marketing to design and conduct Primary research of patients, customers, physicians and payors and request targeted secondary research
- Stay abreast of fast-moving market and competitive developments
- Manager research agencies for continuous research
- Responsible for Data Insight Team Program and Project Management and tracking of key project
- Responsible for Data Insight team processes (strategy and budget planning and tracking, talent management, financial performance tracking, recruitment tracking)
- Responsible for Cross-business governance processes (data access and usage, data protection)
- Responsible for effective engagement with Finance and Talent Acquisitions
- Responsible for Project, Revenue and Billing processes with other departments
- Responsible for communications within the team, across broader user communities and business, plus external PR and communications management as needed

**Qualifications**
Demonstrated experience within Business Development analysis

Strong Salesforce knowledge
