Como **Sales Support Administrative**, serás el/la responsable de apoyar en las gestiones administrativas al equipo de ventas. **¿Cuáles serán tus retos?**
- Manejo del CRM para el control presupuestario y de gastos generado por la red de ventas de visita médica.
- Carga, control y seguimiento de los presupuestos de los delegados de ventas y gerentes de zona.
- Control y gestión de las inversiones del departamento.
- Monitorización mensual del detalle de pagos.
- Tramitación de Becas y acuerdos con asociaciones.
- Creación de Purchase Orders para gestión de los pagos.
- Dar de alta a los clientes en el sistema.

About you

Para que triunfes en este puesto, debes ser una persona resolutiva, que sepa trabajar en equipo y priorizar, ya que esta posición requiere la conexión con diferentes stakeholders. Creemos que es positivo disponer de:

- Formación de FP, Grado Superior en Administración y Finanzas, Contabilidad o similar.
- Experiência mínima de 3 años en un rol de Administración.
- Persona proactiva, resolutiva y con ganas de desarrollarse profesionalmente en un buen equipo de trabajo.
- Conocimiento nível medio de inglés (B2).
- Manejo a nível avanzado del paquete office (Excel, Word, Powe Point).
