**Mission**:
Acts as a Project & Launch Manager for strategic product launches, continually driving for improvement on the launch preparation, defines and tracks the launch readiness plan and ensures that all relevant functions (global/local) are informed about the launch methodology and its tools and what is expected from each one. He/she is the person of reference within the company for the deployment of our established enterprise-wide launch methodology (LEF/LRR). He/She will report to the Corporate Project Management department.
**Tasks and Responsibilities**:
- Working closely with the in-country launch teams to develop cross-functional launch plans based on our Launch Excellence Framework (LEF) and train individuals on our Launch Readiness Review (LRR) methodology where required.
- Review country launch plans and maintain an objective view & play an active part in challenging launch strategies alongside with the Global Launch Team.
- Defines launch readiness quality standards for key deliverables & safeguard processes & mechanisms to endorse them.
- Responsible for maintaining updated the launch readiness tracker tool & dashboards and communicates on launch planning & execution progress.
- Acts pro-actively to connect the launch preparation project with other relevant company processes to enable a coordinated launch planning.
- Plans the yearly LRR calendar, coordination and agenda of launch activities, e.g., Onboarding programs, Launch Readiness Reviews, rehearsal meetings for LRR meetings, and follow up post-LRR meetings.
- On an ad-hoc basis, it may be required to lead a project focused on a specific goal different than a launch project (corporate projects - 25% max of time.
**Education & Knowledge**:
- University degree in a relevant discipline (ie scientific, economics, business).
- Project management qualifications preferred.
- Deep understanding of **product development & commercial launch preparation phases in pharma industry** (biologics market knowledge is a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, PPT and project management tools.
- Ability to influence key stakeholders and excellent communication skills, written and verbal **English** fluency.
- Availability to travel (20-25% max of time)
**Experience**:
- At least +7 years professional work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. A proven experience on launch preparation management at country level (international experience strongly preferred)
