Our partner, a financial services company in Barcelona, is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join their team.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for working with clients to deliver complex integration solutions. You will be the primary point of contact for the customer, managing expectations, planning, supervising, controlling, and reporting on projects. You will also contribute to continuous improvement of methodologies and products, and ensure that agreed deliverables, timelines, and budgets are met.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and manage the relationship with the client and their satisfaction.
- Develop, supervise, and manage a project plan in standard tools to ensure the delivery of the defined scope.
- Define and direct all phases of the project, as well as the management of problems during execution.
- Identify and coordinate with members of other teams responsible for the successful execution of different project tasks to ensure project success.
- Act as a support point for team members and collaborate with other departments that affect the project.
- Ensure quality customer service and proper implementation.
- Evaluate, manage, and resolve risks and problems, as well as prioritize and make timely decisions.
- Adopt new improvements or products, participate in strategy definition, and drive innovation, best practices, and goal achievement.

**Qualifications**:

- Fluent English and Spanish.
- Leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
- Decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Project management skills to achieve goals.
- Demonstrated experience in managing complex projects and incorporating new initiatives.
- Customer management skills (negotiation, requirements definition, timelines, deliveries, etc.), and the ability to simplify solutions to complex situations.
- Technical knowledge.
- Ability to work in a multinational environment.
