**Sales Development Representative FR (F/H)**
**Vos missions**
Au sein de LumApps, vous serez en charge de la prospection sur le produit "Digital Assistant" de LumApps, un assistant virtuel prenant la forme d'un chatbot maîtrisant le langage naturel dans 80 langues (intelligence artificielle). Cet assistant permet aux salariés de n'importe quelle entreprise de trouver plus facilement de l'information et de demander de l'aide (support informatique, questions RH, recherche dans les bases de connaissance de l'entreprise, etc...).
Plus spécifiquement, vos missions seront:
- Effectuer des recherches sur cibles, qualifier les leads et identifier les prospects.
- Traiter les leads inbound générés par le marketing pour identifier prospects et opportunités au plus fort potentiel
- Avoir un bon niveau d’expertise sur le business, l’organisation et le cycle d’achat des leads
**Compétences**
- Un diplôme de type école de commerce / marketing (Bac+5) avec 1 à 3 ans d’expérience,
- Une première expérience professionnelle réussie dans une fonction commerciale,
- Un intérêt pour le digital et une bonne appréhension des nouvelles technologies (SaaS et BtoB sont des termes qui ne doivent vous être étrangers),
- Aimer le contact humain, écouter, comprendre et résoudre les problèmes,
- Être rigoureux et organisé,
- Être énergétique et force de proposition,
- Une très bonne maîtrise de l’anglais est attendue (un niveau courant en Allemand, Espagnol ou Italien peut être un bonus)
- Le souhait de faire partie d’une véritable équipe, qui avance ensemble et qui progresse ensemble.
