**Position Sumary**:
Are you a talented Business Analyst ready to join Nestlé Workforce 360 IT Change & Release team in Barcelona, Spain? We need you to create a deep understanding of opportunities and issues faced by the business functions and recommend the best IS/IT solutions. Translate business strategies, opportunities, threats and needs into IS/IT product requirements. Work with the IT Change & Release team to specify, test and deploy IS/IT solutions that meet the business requirements. You will be part of a high performing team in which you will have many opportunities to develop your career.

In order to complete our W360 IT Change & Release team, we are currently looking for **a Business Analyst - IT Change & Release Management.**

**A day in the life
- Partner with business and IS/IT to elicit, analyze, translate and document business requirements, pain points or opportunities into IS/IT solutions.
- Consult with your product manager to define the minimum viable product (MVP) that satisfies the business needs
- Ensure that the Product/Product Group Managers and Business Relationship Manager (BRM) are supported in the development of their product strategies through incremental improvement
- Ensure that the program development, logic, process flows and specifications are analyzed, documented and tested
- Consult with other Product streams in Barcelona and propose improvement solutions
- Ensure that the training materials for the Product area are created and up-to-date
- Oversee the delivery of training to end users, deployment and support team
- Support the analysis and resolution of solution issues as part of the third level sustain activities
- Coach, motivate and direct business and IT staff to understand business needs and find the best solution that aligns with customer objectives and the IS/IT strategy

**What will make you successful....**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, information systems or related discipline, or equivalent
- 3+ years of relevant experience of business analysis in a relevant functional area
- Proficient in IS/IT Change & Release Management processes & tools
- Experience with ServiceNow, SAP Solution Manager (Charm) and PowerBI would be an asset
- Solid project management experience
- Experience working in an Agile/DevOps environment using design thinking methodology preffered
- Strong understanding of basic system engineering, information risk and security guidelines, architecture standards & ITIL
- Experience with working in a global environment with virtual teams
- Experience with effective communication in English at different levels in the organization
- Results focused and Innovative with a “can do” / self starter attitude
