Empresa líder en sistemas de medición y sensórica con sede en Barcelona se encuentra en búsqueda de un/a Field Service Technician con disponibilidad para viajar a nível Iberia.
Como Field Service Technician, y reportando al director general, te encargarás de:
- Llevar a cabo las asistencias, intervenciones y reparaciones en casa del cliente y/o on site.
- Participar en la consecución de los objetivos de servicio técnico.
- Crear y traducir documentación técnica.
- Asistir a seminarios, formaciones y ferias juntamente con el equipo comercial.
- Establecer y mantener buenas relaciones con los clientes.
- Mantener tu puesto de trabajo en buenas condiciones.
Buscamos profesionales resolutivos, con orientación al cliente, buenas habilidades comunicativas, acostumbrados a trabajar bajo presión y flexibles.
Se ofrece contrato indefinido en una empresa líder en su sector y en plena expansión, posibilidades reales de crecimiento y un atractivo paquete retributivo (coche, móvil y ordenador).
Aptitudes y conocimientos deseados:
- Estar en posesión de una Ingeniería y/o formación profesional superior Mecánica, Eléctrica y/o Mecatrónica. - Aportar un mínimo de cinco años de experiência en un puesto similar (preferiblemente en sector maquinaria, automoción y/o aeroespacial). - Tener disponibilidad para viajar a nível Iberia (España y Portugal) en torno al 50% del tiempo de lunes a viernes. - Aportar conocimientos en PLC’s, calibraciones, IT, buses de campo y equipos de medición. - Aportar conocimientos en mantenimiento industrial (neumático y eléctrico). - Acreditar un nível alto de ingles (hablado y escrito). - Disponer de permiso de conducir.
