VHIR offers vacant position for a Digital Communication professional integrated in the MyHealth European Project***
**JOB DESCRIPTION**
**Education and qualifications**:
- Higher Education certificate in Communication/Marketing/IT
**Experience and knowledge**:
**Required: -**
Support the integrated communication strategy defined by the MyHealth Scientific Committee and assist in its planning,
development and execution.
- Serve as a primary contact in communication matters with project partners.
- Write, distribute and proofread press releases, newsletter notes to targeted media (mainly website).
- Advance level knowledge in wordpress, plugin.
- Elaborate project related digital communication materials.
- Gather, archive documents and follow up the information flow of project partners and stakeholders.
- Keep project information updated on the project intranet.
- Assist for Project Managers in daily administrative tasks.
- Assist in editing and formatting for scientific and financial reports.
- Proactive, and objectives and results oriented person.
- Relational skills and teamwork in a multicultural work environment.
- Proficiency in oral and written English.
**Required: -**
Experience in assisting for international projects dealing with Migration and Health policies.
- Experience in European research projects financed by the European Commission.
**Main responsibilities and duties**:
- Act as administrative backup of the project by providing assistance in administrative and communication matters for the project
managers. Act as a digital communication assistant by keeping updated the project website via digital tools (wordpress, etc).
Support the integrated communication strategy defined by the MyHealth Scientific Committee and assist in its planning,
development and execution.
**Labour conditions**:
- Part-time position (20h/week).
- Position offered from February 2019
- Gross annual salary: 9090 euros.
