- **Country Platform Description**:
In Mozambique, TNS has been providing technical assistance to agribusinesses in sectors with high growth potential since 1998. The country program focuses on the development of agricultural industries and crosscutting areas such as entrepreneurship and access to finance. The country portfolio currently includes seven programs working in the soy, cashew, poultry and horticulture industries, as well as in entrepreneurship.
TechnoServe has recently opened a new office in Montepuez-Cabo Delgado for the development of a program for the promotion and development of the soy value chain, and in this sense, is looking to hire for the staff, an administrative assistant to assist in various activities in order to ensure that the administrative activities can be controlled with greater zeal and plumb.
- **Activities**
***Assist with office duties, including making copies, printing materials, and scanning documents;
- Create basic documents in Microsoft Excel, including expense reports, travel requests, and purchase requisitions;
- Compile basic documents in Microsoft Word, including memos and proofreading documents.
- Work on the procurement process of the project in order to meet the needs that arise throughout the development of the activities;
- Prepare the Montepuez office mailings;
- Make accommodation reservations in Montepuez
- Ensure that the daily use sheets for the vehicles are properly filled out and sent at the end of each month;
- Control the stock of fuel for vehicles and motorcycles;
- Ensure that the organization's resources are used in accordance with the standards/procedures defined by TechnoServe for this purpose;
- Receive and control incoming invoices for payment;
- Fulfillment of requisitions for payment requests to suppliers;
- Ensure in coordination with the Maputo central office, that payments to suppliers are made on time;
- Provide all necessary support to the department of Human Resources, Administration and Finance in Maputo.
