**Product and digital solutions expert (**Product Marketing Manager for Digital Solutions)**

We need people with experience in the commercialisation of Apps, software "as a service" and digital services and/or experience in topics related to the smart grid world. Product marketing and digital solutions expert.

As a Product Manager within Gridspertise’s portfolio you will:

- Combine hardware and software solutions for grids digitalization into commercial offers, translating technical features and functionalities into customer benefits and value propositions;
- Define for power distribution grids digitalization, relying on market analysis results and customer needs;
- Coordinate with Technology Development and Digital Solution Owner teams for the enhancement or phase out of specific solutions within the portfolio;
- Explore new business models and go-to-market strategies, coordinating with BD & Sales units per geography;
- Coordinate and deliver cost benefit analysis on specific solutions for the different target markets, relevant for Investment Committee approval;
- Lead the definition of the pricing for the solution, ensuring its profitability with responsibility on the P&L;
- Monitor the implementation status and time to market of the solution by the after the investment approval;
- Lead, coordinate and supervise specific projects to accelerate the activities listed above, also involving colleagues from other teams and from different geographies and time-zones

**What are we looking for in you?**

**Technical-**professional knowledge**:

- Relevant technical background and ability to master specialistic contents such as smart grids, smart meters, IoT, AR/VR, energy and automation or related technologies;
- Ability to deliver cost / benefit analysis and pricing;
- Previous experience in B2B or B2G Product Management functions is a plus;
- Experience in project management and in leading cross-functional working groups
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Power Point, Excel)

**Education**:

- Master degree in Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Software Engineering is preferred
- MBA is considered a plus

**Languages**:

- Fluent English (written and spoken) will be the main used language. Italian, Spanish and Portuguese are considered a plus

**Other Information**:
Availability to travel and dynamicity in the activity management are required

Part time.
