We are seeking a Product Owner to own the digital kiosk solution within the PMP portfolio currently being used globally across IKEA stores. We expect you to play an important part in making sure that our kiosk and related products help customers find what they are looking for in stores a better life at home. This is an exciting opportunity to directly and significantly impact one of the world’s biggest and most innovative retail brands.

The Physical Meeting Points domain covers the wide range of experiences and platforms that our co-workers use to support the customer’s shopping journey in IKEA stores as well as the digital products our customers use during their visit. This includes customer and co-worker experiences we create with resources inside and outside your domain span. It includes all channels, everything from customer-facing channels to operational platforms that keep our company running.

About you:

- Important. This role requires a deep technical understanding and experience in product management.
- You will have more than 3-years’ experience in product management and with delivery of complex digital solutions globally or across several markets/segments
- You are data-driven and lean on quantitative analysis and qualitative insights to guide your decisions on product direction
- You are driven, but with a collaborative mindset. “You don’t win unless your team wins”
- You are a skilled communicator who can effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- You are highly organized, with strong communication skills and like to work in complex environments
- You are a “do-er”, willing to work hands-on including stepping in to work directly with the development team
- You are a change agent helping us build a customer-centric world-class product development culture
- Ideally you have worked with digital products in retail globally, perhaps with a background in kiosks, mobile apps or digital signage

A day in your life with us

You will take a key role in leading the development and implementation of innovative digital solutions that solve customer needs and contribute to our business goals. Key activities will be continuous discovery and refinement of the product backlog while leading development teams to deliver our kiosk solutions globally. You will have close collaboration partners within the PMP Digital Product Team including UX, Engineering, and Data within Madrid and several other teams across the world.

- Contribute to the evolution of our current kiosk to support the in-store digital experience.
- Own the strategy and roadmap for Digital Kiosk products within Physical Meeting Points ensuring that the delivery of outcomes meets objectives
- Own and actively manage the digital product backlog and prioritize items based on customer needs and business goals
- Contribute to prioritization of the overall roadmap and product strategy of in-store digital touchpoints
- Partner closely with UX, data, and engineering teams from discovery to delivery
- Providing insight, context, and additional information as needed to help the team to understand what is required in the discovery and delivery processes
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders and ensure alignment between cross-functional teams and across domains
- Coach and grow the product team to a high-performing empowered team that develops products that our customers love
