**¿Qué podrás hacer?**
- Responsable de la gestión y delivery de proyectos de Customer & Growth en clientes relevantes de diferentes sectores.
- Liderar proyectos de transformación de los modelos de negocio y las organizaciones para poner a los clientes en su centro, tales como: Proyectos de revenue growth management, alianzas estratégicas, customer experience, commercial effectiveness, princing, etc.
- Trabajará dentro de Customer & Growth en el área de consultoria de KPMG y acompañará al desarrollo comercial del sector.
- Será responsable de la gestión y desarrollo de los equipos asignados.

**¿Qué necesitas saber?**
- Formación universitaria: Ingeniería, ADE, Economía o Doble grado. Muy valorable Postgrado y/o MBA en escuela de reconocido prestigio.
- Experiência previa en consultoría estratégica y proyectos específicos en el área de Growth y de Customer, entre 5 y 7 años.
- Experiência confirmada en liderazgo de proyectos e interlocución con “C-Level”.
- Nível alto de inglés (mínimo C1).
- Habilidad comunicativa tanto oral como escrita.
- Capacidades interpersonales para gestión de personas y adaptarse a diferentes entornos de alta cualificación.
- Alta Capacidad analítica y entendimiento de los drivers estratégicos de un negocio.
- Creatividad y capacidad para generar soluciones innovadoras.
