Ecolab is seeking a brilliant final year student or recent graduate to join our European Food & Beverage (F&B) Marketing Team.

**What You Will Do**:

- Prepare and coordinate product introductions and updates together with European PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) team.
- Manage product lifecycle strategies incl. phase in/out; sales & customer communication; product documentation
- Identify portfolio optimisation via an Europe-wide approach to product use

In addition to perform the above core activities, the Marketing Intern will be eligible to develop experience and directly contribute to other core activities of the Marketing function:

- Supports to develop short and long-term strategies for demand generation using on-going market research, customer needs assessments, and customer and sales history analysis _(for those interested in Strategy Marketing experience)_
- Support Regional Marketing Leaders in defining pricing tactics, including the process of designing Value pricing _(for those interested in Commercial Marketing experience)_
- Provide Ecolab sales force with leadership and marketing support, including sales tools, training, competitive intelligence, and actionable reporting _(for those interested in Marketing Communication experience)._

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Bachelor/master’s degree in Business, Marketing or Digital Marketing
- Proficient in MS Office - MS365 tools (SAP proficiency an advantage)
- Available for a full-time internship
- Fluent in English - other European language is an advantage
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
- Ability to relate to influential people and complex organizational structures; strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Effective oral and written communication skills, organizational skills, good attention to detail and use of sound judgment in a fast-paced environment are essential
- Creative with entrepreneurial mindset
- Digital mindset
- Clear thinker: ability to digest complex situations and deliver solutions to problems

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Recent work experience or internship in a digital or marketing related department
- Hands-on experience with Marketing digital tools is a plus
