Marketing Coordinator Internship

Duration: Minimum 12 months

Location: Barcelona (Poblenou)

We collaborate closely with retailers and partners to develop custom private label solutions that meet the growing demand for healthier, eco-friendly choices. We are offering a 12-month internship opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team and gain valuable experience in marketing within the private label, organic, and sustainable food industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Market Surveys and Data Analysis:

- Assist in conducting market surveys to gather insights into consumer preferences, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Participate in store audits to evaluate products and gather data.
- Support data analysis efforts to identify market trends and opportunities for growth.
- Trade Shows Organization Assistance:

- Contribute to the planning, coordination, and execution of trade shows and industry events.
- Assist with logistics, booth setup, and preparation of promotional materials for trade show participation.
- Work closely with team members to ensure successful execution of trade show activities.
- Product Presentations & Marketing Tools:

- Support the development of product presentations and marketing materials
- Assist in creating marketing tools such as brochures, sell sheets, and product catalogs to support sales efforts.
- External Communication:

- Gain experience in managing social media channels and developing engaging content to promote our private label products.
- Assist with website management tasks, including content updates, SEO optimization, and user experience enhancements.
- Help respond to customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications:

- A Master’s degree in Marketing or related field. GAP year students will not be considered.
- Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Strong interest in marketing and the natural, sustainable food industry.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and trends
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Suite with experience using MACs.

Work environment:

- Hybrid work schedule with at least three (3) days per week in-office
