**¿QUÉ HARÁS EN TU DIA A DIA?**
- Liderar equipos
- Gestionar los márgenes de los proyectos
- Asegurar un buen ambiente de trabajo con el equipo
- Asegurar los entregables y el roadmap con el cliente
- Desarrollar negocio en los clientes.

**¿QUÉ ESPERAMOS DE TI?**
- Experiência en un puesto similar de al menos dos años y experiência total superior a 6 años.
- Tener conocimiento en el mundo CRM
- Conocer los procesos de negocio de las distintas verticales de negocio: Banca, Seguros, Telco&Media, etc.
- Tener conocimiento en el mundo sobre un gran número de nubes de Salesforce: Sales, Service, Marketing, etc.
- Conocer cómo se integran los productos con el resto de sistemas de la arquitectura de un cliente.
